- 19 Years of IT Industry experience. Worked for various IT organizations in roles including customer support, solution delivery and business development. Worked from 1986 -1993 in various capacities and roles.
- Started Winfoware - A Technology Consulting Firm in 1994. Established Winfoware as a leader in Technology consulting space among global customers as GE, HP, IBM, TATA, Siemens etc. Grown from ground up to 100 lacs per annum service business within 5 years, Set up a Own IT facility of 4400 square feet in Basaveshwara Nagar.
- Established Winfoware Technologies in 1998 . Started with a 10 member team and grown this into a 175 member business with 2 global offices in USA and UK.Expanding into EU , Middle East and Japan
- Raised investment from Institutional VCs,from SIDBI Ventures and subsequently from a US based federal fund.
- Managed the growth mainly through internal accruals and debt. Managed to scale the valuations of the company
- Won NASSCOM IT INDUSTRY AWARD in 2004 for "INNOVATION IN IT" competition among 450 IT firms within INDIA.
- Responsibilities include Strategic Planning, Global Business Expansion, Evolving Technology Service portfolio , Building and managing Alliances and Execution
- Managed the transition of Winfoware from a start-up to a professional, performance driven and process oriented organization.
